"Interested in participating in a Smackdown after hearing how great our Wednesday session went? Do you have a creative spirit? Love to share ideas and information? Then this session is for you! Come and join our second Smackdown of the week and claim your two minutes of fame with Patrick Crispin as facilitator. Participants will have about two minutes of floor time to share something ""techie"" that they find valuable in this exciting and ever-changing world of educational technology. With his twenty-three years of experience, Patrick is prepared to take up any remaining time with ideas and conversation drawn from his deep roots in IT. He has co-authored two classroom technology textbooks and has been a consultant for several organizations. Since October 1997, Patrick has been an invited weekly panelist on a call-in radio show on WGN Radio in Chicago. It's easy to participate-just sign up at the door! You don't want to miss this!" STRAND: Technology Operations and Concepts AUDIENCE: General Interest TYPE: Concurrent
