Posterous help section is also very helpful - http://help.posterous.com/

Mobile App available for easy viewing on the go! - http://posterous.com/mobile

Mobile publishing also available through email! SO EASY! Students can also post through email. The teacher can moderate all comments before they show on the blog.

You can email documents, photos and more to be posted and it will automatically create the post for you. Multiple pictures can be emailed and will create a gallery of photos automatically! This can be done from a mobile device or email through the computer.

Easy upload of audio and video files for podcasts!

Includes RSS feeds will tie to iTunes store. Will also allow you to tie to Twitter Feeds, Facebook posts and more!
The RSS feed can be copied into a blog post and sent to families for a one click subscription to podcasts and more in iTunes!

Spaces=Blog

Ideas to get all students involved in the class website or blog -
- Daily roving reporting - takes pictures and writes a news story about what happened that day at school.
You can even have a reporter for each subject.

Other things learned in this session -
- Great site to compile sites to use with students for a projects... http://sqworl.com/
- Publish and email screen casts for free... http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/ - this would allow students to show things they have learned or what to teach others on their compter and automatically email to Posterous for posting!

Wrap up...
This Blogger girl is SOLD on Posterous!!!!! I'm switching immediately, well not really since I already have this blog setup for the conference.
